Machining Services

Burloak provides our clients with the most comprehensive machining service available. Our capabilities cover conventional and cnc machining from Complex one off parts upto high volume production components.

All parts are processed using Burloaks unique in house engineering processes to fully develop the process planning, tooling, cnc programming and inspection requirements. We use state of the art software to simulate the machining cycles before cutting actual chips so that we can eliminate costly mistakes that can risk delivery schedules and yield inferior products.

Our parts are all supplied fully inspected by Burloaks own quality inspectors and come with complete inspection documentation to ensure that only high quality and conforming products are ever delivered.

We provide machining services for part volumes ranginge from 1 ~ 100,000 per year with our main focus being in the 1 ~ 1000 per year range.
