Burloak Engineered Solutions can provide CAM services to assist with bringing projects to completion faster.
Our in house CAM systems can receive data from most CAD packages and can output CNC programs for almost all CNC machine tools. We can also develop post processors unique to your machines from 2 to 5 axis.
Our programs all come complete with full documentation consisting of program (electronic and paper), Tool library file (with tool breakdown, grades etc), Fixture/Set-up sheets, and Program sequence document (with screenshots of each operation sequence). We can also provide fixture design and manufacture and part prove out services.
